Rescue Rovers is an all-volunteer foster-based rescue.

TaLyse Francisconi

Talyse co-founded Rescue Rovers in February, 2013. Her goal was to make a difference in the lives of Utah’s homeless pets. Talyse oversees all intake and medical.

Vicki is our Treasurer and Controller. She handles all the day-to-day paperwork that keeps us running and ensures that we operate as efficiently as possible.
